Early registration deadline is April 20, 2018.

All attendees and presenters of the contributed papers are subject to the relevant registration fees.

Conference registration fees include:
Regular Participants:
- Attendance of all the technical sessions.
- Conference documents.
- Invitation to the welcome reception.
Students:
- As for Regular Participants, except for proceedings.
Accompany:
- Banquet and excursion fees included. Neither conference participation opportunity nor related goods provided.
*The accompany registrants cannot participate in all the technical sessions.


Payment

Payment method will be Credit Card (VISA, Master, AMEX, JCB only) through online. On-site registration is available, but very limited. We recommend the online payment in advance.
*All payment must be in Japanese yen.


Cancellation

In the case of cancellation, it should be notified by using a cancellation form provided on the conference website. We will charge the following cancellation fee:
    Before April 19, 2018 ----- JPY 5,000
    On/after April 20, 2018 ----- 100% of the registration fee / No Refund


Lunch Box

Free lunch (bento) box will be distributed during conference. Please make a reservation in the registration form until May 25. The menus are as follows. The contents may be changed somewhat depending on circumstances. There is an option of vegetarian. Thera are few restaurants around the venue.

June 4th
Kakinoha-zushi (persimmon leaf sushi) bento box (柿の葉寿司入り弁当)

Persimmon leaf sushi (mackerel), ancient rice salad rolled, ginger, Stewed foods: Shinada roll, pumpkin, shiitake mushroom, sweet potato, radish, broccoli. Chicken Loaf (Toriniku Matsukaze-yaki), Shrimp, Spinach with white sesame, Rolled kelp, Purple Sweet Potato Kudzu-mochi, Japanese omelette, vinegar lotus root, Tilefish, Duck, Kamaboko (boiled fish-paste), Shibazuke (Japanese pickles), Mini tonkatsu (breaded pork cutlet), Fried prawn, Shumai (Chinese dumplings).

June 5th
Roast beef Japanese-style bento box (ローストビーフ和膳)

Cooked white rice with a gourd shape sprinkled with small-sized plums and black sesame, Mushroom rice with mitsuba, Vegetable pickled in sake lees. Tempura: shrimp, garfish, young corn, sweet potato, shiitake mushrooms, shishito green pepper, salt. Stewed foods: roll cabbage, shrimp, pumpkin, small potatoes, broccoli. Roast beef: sliced onion, green leaf, petit tomato, roasted sauce.


June 6th (only excursion participant)
Western-style bento box (洋風弁当)

Kurumi chicken burger: walnut Pan, lettuce, chicken, carrots. Fish Burger : white fish fly, lettuce, tartar sauce. Maple round. Fried potato, Fruit: orange pink grapefruit, kiwi, blueberry.


June 7th
Western-style bento box (洋風弁当)

Cooked white rice with small-sized plums and black sesame, Spaghetti, Mini hamburger, Coarsely ground meat wiener, Rolled cabbage, Carrot, Broccoli, Tonkatsu (pork cutlet), Fried chicken, Wiener omelet, Petit tomato, Yellow peach, Cherry.


June 8th
Ajiwai bento box (あじわい弁当(和風))

Cooked white rice with a plum shape sprinkled with small-sized plums and black sesame, Rice seasoned and cooked with various ingredients with green peas, chestnut, and Shibazuke (Japanese pickles). Tempura: shrimp, garfish, pumpkin, shishito green pepper. Stir-fry pork with ginger, Lettuce, Petit tomato. Tofu hamburger, Paprika, Onion slice. Stewed foods: Shinada roll, shrimp, pumpkin, small potatoes, bamboo shoots, carrot, snow pea.
