Please copy your presentation file to the PC equipped in each session room. All the oral presenters are asked to bring their presentation files with own USB flash drive. It is the presenterfs responsibility to copy his/her presentation file as soon as possible in each session room at any break in advance to the session of presentation. The file must be compatible with Microsoft PowerPoint or Adobe Acrobat on Microsoft Windows indicated above. All the electrical presentation files will be deleted from the computer after closing the conference.
Each board will have 120 cm ~ 180 cm of usable space. In addition to the board a sign indicating your paper number and push-pins will be provided. All posters should be A0 format (W: 84.1 cm ~ H: 118.9 cm) with portrait orientation. Please display the paper title, author names, and affiliations at the top of the poster. Poster presenters are requested to stand-by their posters during the dedicated presentation time for their assigned poster session.
There are two poster sessions scheduled on Tuesday, June 5 and Thursday, June 7. The poster sessions will be held in the Reception Hall 1. Authors should set-up their posters before starting the poster session, and should remove them at the conclusion of the session. Remained posters will be discarded. Refer the following time schedule.
